Client Account Policy

This policy explains how Hill Visuals client accounts work, what information is connected to them and how access is managed.

Purpose of a client account

A client account provides secure access to the Hill Visuals Client Portal and content assigned to the verified email address, including private galleries, project information, contracts, guides, downloads and referral rewards. Creating an account does not confirm a booking.

Creating and verifying an account

You must provide accurate information and verify your email address before using the account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity completed through your account.

How content is linked

Private content is linked by Hill Visuals to the verified account email or account identifier. A newly created account may initially be empty. Content appears only after Hill Visuals assigns it.

Security and sessions

Hill Visuals may record login time, device, IP address and approximate location for security. You can review and revoke sessions through account settings. Suspicious sessions may be revoked without notice.

Suspension and restoration

Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, non-payment, investigation or protection of client content. A reason will normally be provided by email. Restored accounts receive a restoration notice.

Privacy and deletion

Account information is handled under the Privacy Policy. You may request correction or deletion, although some records may need to be retained for contracts, legal obligations, accounting or dispute resolution.
