Client Account Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create or use a Hill Visuals client account, Client Portal or assigned private content.

Agreement to these terms
By creating or using a client account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Separate booking terms, contracts, quotations and gallery licences may also apply and take priority where relevant.
Accurate account details
You must provide current and accurate information. You must not impersonate another person, create an account using an email you do not control or provide misleading details.
Passwords and authorised use
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your login with another person. Guest gallery links may be shared only with their intended recipient and may expire or be revoked.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass gallery controls, scrape protected content, interfere with security, upload harmful material or use the account for unlawful activity.
Client content and image rights
Access to a photograph, film, gallery or download does not transfer copyright. Downloading, sharing, commercial use and editing remain subject to the applicable contract, licence and Image Sharing & Usage Policy.
Availability and changes
The portal and galleries may be updated, temporarily unavailable, archived or withdrawn. Hill Visuals may change features or security requirements where reasonably necessary.
Suspension and termination
Hill Visuals may suspend or close access for misuse, security concerns, breach of contract, legal requirements or protection of private content. Creator-authorised permanent deletion may remove portal access and assigned content references.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Hill Visuals is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure credentials, unsupported devices, third-party outages or use outside the agreed purpose.
